Fiona Fletcher - Head of Production & Welfare

Fiona is a highly accomplished Head of Production with over 15 years of experience in the TV industry. She has a proven track record of working closely with Executive Producers to develop and deliver high-quality series, ensuring creative excellence while maintaining strong financial oversight. With expertise across the entire production process—from pitching and development to international delivery—she is a skilled negotiator and strategist, who excels in managing large production teams.

Beyond production, Fiona is the Welfare Executive for all of Screendog’s output . She is highly trained in Mental Health, Duty of Care, and Welfare and is deeply committed to ensuring cast, crew, and contributor wellbeing remains a priority across all productions. Alongside her work at ScreenDog, Fiona spearheads The Film and TV Welfare Association – a not-for-profit initiative dedicated to improving Mental Health and Welfare in the industry.
