Fiona Fletcher - Head of Production & Welfare

Fiona has over 10 years of experience as Head of Production and is exceptionally skilled in working closely with Execs in developing and crafting new series, ensuring the highest creative standards whilst also maintaining good working practices and securing healthy profit margins. She is a very experienced negotiator with in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the production process, from pitching to delivery and international output.

She has solid budgeting, scheduling, forecasting and cost management skills and carefully manages her production teams to ensure projects run like clockwork. She also has a wealth of experience in business operations, compliance and HR and Production Consulting.

She has extensive experience and training in Mental Health, Duty of Care and Welfare.
